We've moved to bigger and better offices

Ionata Web Solutions OfficeA new year and a new office for Ionata Web Solutions.

With new staff and bigger projects it was time to give ourselves a bit more room to move and we found the perfect office right down stairs from where we were at 181 Elizabeth Street.

Many thanks to everyone who came to help us celebrate our big move.

New website for Ionata Web Solutions

Ionata Web SolutionsTo complete our rebranding as Ionata Web Solutions, we have totally redesigned our website.

Our new website reflects our focus on providing smart and functional solutions for our clients and showcases many of our successful projects.

The website is also the first project to make use of our new Content Management System (CMS) allowing us to test the CMS is a live environment before releasing it to customers.


Recent Projects

Seniors Data System Goes Live

January saw the launch of the Seniors Data System. Ionata Web Solutions developed an integrated online database which allows the Seniors Bureau to administer the 70,000 Seniors Cards holders in Tasmania.

In addition to managing Seniors Cards, the Seniors Data System supports the Seniors Bureau in issuing the Seniors Directory and organising the annual Seniors Week by recording detailed information about partner organisations.

About Housing Website Launched

About HousingAlso in January, Minister for Health and Human Services, Lara Giddings, launched the ‘About Housing’ website which was developed by Ionata Web Solutions for Housing Tasmania primarily to provide a central information resource for low income Tasmanians.

About Housing makes use of the Quest content management system which is also used to manage Helpfiles for Service Tasmania, combining information stored in Quest with a service discovery tool to provide users with information relevant to their circumstances.

New Integrated Search for Tourism Industry Council Tasmania

Looking to get away over Easter? The Tourism Industry Council Tasmania website now includes a new search feature allowing you to find accommodation, tours, and attractions around Tasmania.

The search queries the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse in real time to produce up to the minute information about tourism providers. The search also allows the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania to promote accredited tourism operators by displaying the accredited provider logo when an accredited providers are displayed.

Ionata welcomes two new staff to the team

Tim Heap

Tim joins Ionata Web Solutions as a Junior Web Developer with a specific focus on our CMS.

Already the undisputed AJAX guru in the office, Tim has been the developer behind our new CMS and will be rolling exiting users over to the new CMS in the coming months.

Francis Chui

Recently graduating with Honours in Computer Science, Francis joins Ionata Web Solutions as a Junior Web Developer and has hit the ground running already tackling importing Metro timetables.
